After being pictured stumbling onto a cactus (not a euphemism for Calum Best's cock) before sprawling in the gutter a few days ago, Lindsay Lohan has spoken out to blame her heels - not much of an endorsement for her mum's Shoe-han footwear line.

Writing on Twitter, she claimed:

"Only I would get pushed into a large, sharp plant by crazy paparazzi!!! I need to start wearing more flats."

Or maybe these filled with vodka?

Anyway, the actress pulled herself out of the rubble to attend Snoop Dogg's gig in New York a couple of nights ago - although hadn't given herself much of a brushing-off by the look of things
