Lindsay Lohan looked stoned off her tits and on the verge of pulling a whitey in New York the other day, which would have been (but definitely is NOT) the only acceptable excuse for why the actress went out in those boots. And that mouth, which is threatening to take over her entire face (which is looking good for 45)...

The disheveled actress, wearing leather boots she must have stuffed with socks in order to keep them up on her stork legs but still looked baggy and a bit like the ones Julia Robert's wore in Pretty Woman, was heading to a business meeting in NYC. But she didn't look up to taking down minutes that day...

And despite her increasing likeness to the late Lola Ferrari, Li-Lo has claimed that she's always aspired to be just like Britney Spears (most likely the part where she shaved her head and attacked the paparazzi with an umbrella).

Li-Lo has said:

"Everyone goes through tough times and the second that I decided I wanted to be in front of the camera... I think I always kind of aspired to be like Britney Spears. I wanted to be in the tabloids when I was in middle school."

 

And now, obviously...

"It's kind of something you sign up for in the beginning and if you really want it, you know what comes with it.

"There are things I would like to take back and I always say that, but there aren't many things that I regret doing, because I wouldn't have learned from them, and I wouldn't be where I am today.

"I think it's taken me a long time to learn how to love myself before I could love someone else too. Whether it be a best friend or family or someone that I'm in a relationship with."

We give her until the end of the month before she's packed off to rehab for the fouth time...
