A judge has demanded Lindsay Lohan appears before them in court today to answer questions regarding her previous conviction for DUI.

A defendant wouldn't normally have to appear as part of a progress report, buyt following advice from Alcohol Education Program staffers, Lindsay has been summnded to explain a few things.

I'm guessing those few things are to do with still going out and getting blattered. While he's there, could he have a big old word with her and tell her to do something more with her life - it's becoming a bit fucking embarrassing love. Those leggings won't sell.

Anyway, what do we expect to happen? Will the judge treat Lindsay like any other person convicted of drink driving who has blatantly flouted the terms of her sentence? Or, perhaps more likely, will she get a slapped wrist and then run off to Twitter to blame the world and it's dog for her mess of a life...
