After giving the performance of her life (this could have been a close second) in court yesterday, Lindsay Lohan is insisting that her jail sentence is a crime against humanity. And the silly cow has even Tweeted Article 5 of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, because it's like, so unfair and totally mean to make someone serve a prison sentence for breaking the law.

After re-Tweeting Kim Kardashian's Tweet wishing Nicole Sherzinger a Happy Birthday, Li-Lo got serious on her Twitter page and quoted Article 5 of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

"No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."

But she degrades herself on a regular basis and unfortunately, we doubt she'll be subjected to torture during her 25 minutes in the chokey.

She continued to act as though she's full up to the gills on prescription pills (could you imagine!) by quoting law professor Erik Luna on U.S. sentencing guidelines, adding:

"Scores of federal defendants, sentenced under a constitutionally perverted system, that saps moral judgement through its mechanical rules."

Perhaps someone hacked into her site...

Meanwhile, she defended that horrible coloured nail varnish she wore and the 'Fuck U' scrawled across them, which could see her held in contempt of court and sentenced to five extra days in prison, claiming that it was just a 'joke'.

Well, we'll all be laughing if that happens!

Speaking of human rights, it beggers belief that she even has the gall to quote the UN convention on human rights regarding her imprisonment for, as Miss Pop so rightly says, "being a tit" when there are 40 to 50 women in Iran right now ( including Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani ) who have been sentenced to death by stoning because they have been accused of adultery. If she was so fucking concerned for 'human rights' maybe she could get involved in the campaign against it. Give her money to Amnesty International rather than spend it on drugs and leggings and minge. Lohan is a cunt of the highest order.

What a little madam she is. In the Emirates, rape victims who take their case to court are frequently jailed and subjected to torture. That is a real case of the law being in direct contravention of Article 5.

Putting some silly little tart in Lady Prison for being a serial offender, drug user and general tit: not the same thing.

She'll be out in no time, snorting chopped up ritalin off Calum Best's bald patch.

Y'know, I always fancy myself as a liberal and open minded person, but there's something about her that just brings out the Daily Mail reader in me. Give her an extra few months of rug muching with big Bertha in D Wing for contempt of court by all means, but I'd much rather see her face actual 'inhumane or degrading' torture and then maybe she'd fucking grow up a bit, take some responsibility for her actions, stop being such a spoilt little shit and thinking she's somehow above everyone else.
