Lindsay Lohan's feet were covered in a considerable amount of white powder as she left her friend's house in LA last night. Aside from taking up gymnastics, we have a few other reasonable suggestions for the state of her chalky black stilettos...

After tripping over a cactus and falling on her arse last week, Li-Lo appeared in an equally elegant fashion last night - stepping out of a friend's house in LA with her feet covered in white powder.

But, before you start, it's not like we're implying the white powder could be, for example, cocaine - don't be silly. It could be anything!

Perhaps Lindsay had just been baking a quick cake before she went out and didn't realise she'd spelt the self-raising flour all over her feet. Or perhaps, following her tumble the other day, she thought if she covered her feet in talcum powder it would give her some extra grip and she'd avoid embarrassment. She definitely managed the latter anyway, that's for sure.

Last week, someone apparently "extremely close" to Lindsay spoke out about her erratic behaviour and expressed their concerns over her welfare. The source finished by saying:

"If she doesn't get help soon, she's going to die."

However, actress has insisted she is "fine", telling Gossip Con:

"I'm working and healthy"

At least the first part wasn't a lie. Lindsay will be on our screens in the coming weeks fronting a BBC3 documentary on child trafficking. Let's just hope she's given her feet a good wash first.
