Kayla Collins was reaching the seminal point in her career and the dizzying heights of success as previously displayed by Jodie Marsh and Bianca Gascoigne with a pint of Guinness while showing off her (possible) collagen injections set on Pete Burns x2 in Dublin last night...

Mind you, Kayla supped her Guinness in a far more ladylike manner than Marsh or Gascoigne, but then her new trout pout proved a hindrance when it came to drinking from glass. At least she managed to swallow though!

She was joined in Dublin by Patsy Kensit looking like our drawing of Elen Rivas as an egg, while in London, the guests attempted to be just as glamorous. They inlcuded Geri Halliwell, who was propping up the bar in Mahiki to celebrate her own range of bikinis that someone else she designed, David Walliams and wife Lara Stone celebrating the continued success of Come Fly With Me (*sniggers*) at Claridges, Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley celebrating her birthday early, Kate Hudson celebrating being pregnant in a black cab, and poor Chloe Green, not celebrating being the spitting image of her father Philip, at Whisky Mist...
