Malcolm McLaren has died aged 64

The legendary Sex Pistols manager and raconteur Malcolm McLaren died this morning aged 64 after a battle with cancer.

He'd had cancer for ages but had recently rallied. He deteriorated rapidly and died in New York this morning.

His body is being brought back to London where it is thought he will be buried in Highgate cemetery.

Often full of shit, occasionally incredible and always with something to say about anything - music would be a whole lot more boring if Malcolm hadn't existed.

R.I.P.

Loved loved loved The Ebonettes in Buffalo Gals- and check out Madame Butterfly- when he turned his hand to music he was a bit of a genious-And having revisited the Buffalo Gals video it does remind me that Albert Pierrpoint was more adept with a rope than I ever was- RIP Malc xx

Funny how he and Viv morphed into the same appearance over the years. Only separated from each other by Mick Hucknall. They even developed the same sort of nasal whiny voice.
