True Blood, Twilight and Star Trek swept the board at yesterdays Spike TV Scream Awards (something we should have in the UK), which also featured appearances from Megan Fox, Toby Maguire and, inexplicably, Keith Richards.

Mostly good - but what the hell is that Most Anticipated shit? They should do that at The Brits next year - Most anticipated album, followed by biggest disappointment.
