Mon, 28/09/2009 - 13:09 by HM writerAlthough Michelle Heaton could have been a serious contender for the title of Miss Ireland 2009 (she was at least wearing less Ronseal than everyone else), we'll just have to make do with her being a judge at the event, held at The Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin yesterday...
Michelle crowned Miss Derry contestant Laura Patterson as Miss Ireland (though she should be so lucky, judging by her mother).
Other judges included Tara Sinnott (who?) and Vivienne Doyle (eh?) so Michelle managed to steal the spotlight and have her moment, because no-one else knew who anyone else was.
Maybe next year Michelle...
