Jeez, you'd think he'd just be grateful to still have his ears intact after creating that eyesore (literally), but Mike Tyson's tattoo artist has apparently slapped Warner with a lawsuit after spotting Ed Helms' Hangover 2 character sporting some familiar ink in the recently released trailer (and that's the same Mike Tyson who has a cameo in the first instalment of the film).

According to reports, S. Victor Whitmill, who inked the boxer's rubbish facial tattoo, claims he owns the copyright of the design and has thus filed a legal claim against Warner Brothers claiming the studio recreated the work without his permission. He's apparently seeking damages in the lawsuit, as well as trying block the tattoo from appearing in promo material and the film itself, which is due for release in three weeks. Good luck, mate - although, actually, the trailer was pulled from some cinemas due to a scene where a 'monkey simulates a sex act with a water bottle', so you never know what's possible...

To be honest, it would be fair enough if the writers of Hangover 1 were suing the writers of Hangover 2 since the plot is EXACTLY the same... Trailer here.
