Yes 'wild child' Miley has got a tattoo on her ribcage (under her left breast, people!) which reads 'Just Breathe'. In case she forgets.

Someone alert the bosses at Disney immediatley, as it's not legal to get a tattoo done under the age of 18. That Billy Ray is so liberal... Give her a few years and it'll be like looking at a more attractive version of this.
