3 step plan to staying 'relevant' in showbiz during a career downturn:
Step one - drug/alcohol rehab or a mental breakdown to get people talking about you. If not actually crazy, fake it.
Step two - wear ridiculous clothing in order to be photographed. As everyone knows, any publicity is good publicity even if they are saying you are a washed up talentless hack at the grand old age of 23.
Step 3 - Sex scandal. Either with a married member of the opposite sex, or (only if female) someone of the same sex. Preferrably with someone more famous.
Nobody will be at all surprised or interested when this dull-as-porridge waster starts snogging women.

I dont think Mischa is a lost disney child like LOHAN but she defonately is lost. Hollywood need to get a grip on these child stars that grow up, they seem to just lose it really, they just seem to be so obscure and weard when they grow up. They grow up to quickly and they forget what it was like to be a kid.
