A Black Swan event

Darren Aronofsky, a director who specialises in making soul-crushingly miserable and jaw-droppingly self-indulgent films had his newest offering to the world of angsty pretentious teenagers, Black Swan, premiere in New York last night.

Luckily for him, he also seems to be able to pull those slightly crazy, cult Hollywood actresses that drive all those very same boys who love stories about amphetamine abuse in middle-aged women and wolverine in the future wild.

As well as the beardy David Arquette impersonator himself, MIla Kunis, Winona Ryder and Natalie Portman all turned up to the event in character, although Winona Ryder looked like she'd returned to her shoplifting ways, except somewhere along the way managed to get the wrong address.

Mila Kunis and Macaulay Culkin. Still a surprise.
