Just when you thought it was safe to watch the telly, The National Television Awards sucker-punch you with a surprise duet from Jedward and Vanilla Ice...

They are performing the mash-up of 'Under Pressure' and 'Ice Ice Baby' they originally preformed on the X Factor last year. Forgotten? Well, the human brain does have a tendency to block out memories that are too traumatic.

Just a gentle reminder:

A big old welcome back for Vanilla Ice though. Once the most famous man on the planet (his real name is Rupert Van Winkle the Third or something) hi decline was as fast as his ascent. One of two things caused it.
