Neil Morrissey got a bit over excited by some free wine on his flight home yesterday that he went on a sweary rant at the other passengers and nearly got himself arrested. But we can't help but think that the only reason he did it was so that we could use the hilarious headline above. Cheers Neil!

The headline-generator was on his way home from Australia, where he had been a guest panelist on I'm A Celeb's ITV2 spin off show. Which brings us to our first peeve. Why do ITV waste thousands and thousands of pounds flying X, Y and Z list celebrities half way across the world to ask them their views on a bunch of other X, Y and Z list celebrities by three X, Y and Z list celebrity hosts? Nearly as big a waste of money as paying Konnie Huq to do anything.

Anyway, as we said, Morrissey was BEHAVING BADLY on the the flight home from his exclusive guest appearance in Oz. And it was nothing particularly aggressive or exciting, he was generally just acting like a massive cunt. After downing a few bottles of the complementary wine, he started yelling:

"Travelling Club is fucking great, mate. Free fucking wine. All you can fucking well drink!"

As we said, bit of a cunt.

The cabin crew went to extreme efforts to shut him up, apparently ordering him to 'cool it'. But no further action had to be taken, as the sweary rant soon turned into a snore and he drifted off into a drunken sleep.

Back in 2004, Morrissey was detained by US Customs and questioned for being 'rude and drunk' at LA Airport, but his spokesman put this instance down to the fact he is a "nervous flyer".

We're pretty sure it's more the fact he was (quite rightly) taking full advantage of ITV's naive decision to pay for a flight where he could enjoy endless amounts of alcohol at no cost whatsoever.
