Oh my goodnight - LOOK at the state of Nicolas Cage, who seems to be suffering from a bad case of Travolta-itis. What a dreadful, dreadful state. He looks like he's just one ball of wax, pubes and static electricity.

He was in New York for the premiere of The Sorcerer's Apprentice, presumably as one of the brooms that sweeps up Mickey Mouse's house.

At what point in a man's life does he look in the mirror and think that all he's missing is a beard that looks like a child did a glitter painting on his chin and a wig that looks about as natural as Jocelyn Wildenstein's vulva? Extraordinary.

Helen Mirren was there too - and whilst not topless like last time we saw her, at least showed someone how to age with a bit of grace and style.
