I understand that Halloween is a major deal in the US - but for the love of God - WTF is Miley Cyrus' little sister wearing?

At least in England the women wearing the obligatory 'saucy witch' or 'sexy black cat' are over the age of consent - which is more than can be said for Noah Cyrus, sister of Miley and daughter of Billy-Ray, aged NINE :(

Disney magazine have refused to print the pictures, as they make her resemble an "adult dominatrix".

Vampire Dorothy is a stroke of genius though - an original take on the "supposed to look scary, but also obviously need to show my tits off" look that troubles many a woman at the end of October.
