The Food Doctor

Any hopes people had of Doctor Who steering itself into a new and original  angle, shedding the tired Russell T. Davies schmaltz and reliance on celebrity cameos to boost ratings aren't going to be best pleased with these pictures.

Yes, with a grim sense of inevitably, James Corden continues his mission to appear on every single programme the BBC ever make with this appearance in a forthcoming episode of Doctor Who.

It's hilarious though - look! He's fat right? But he's playing football!! It's funny because fat people look funny playing football - do you see? But it's even funnier because he knows he's fat and gets to shag Sheridan Smith so the joke is on us! Damn!!!!!

Please let this be a little glitch in the series BBC - otherwise I fear the finale will be Adrian Chiles, Gary Lineker and Noel Fielding all standing around tromboning each other in celebration of their own amazingness.

ps #1 They've already done this episode haven't they?

ps #2 - THIS is the only celebrity cameo allowed on television:

Amazing.

  • Oh my fuck, that clip is awesome. Suddenly it's summer 1988, I'm on school holiday, the sun is out, life isn't one endless tornado of shit and Going For Gold's on next.

  • Any of Richard Branson's many cameos are utter cuntery too (didn't he do Friends as well as a Bond movie?). Oh, and Blair in The Simpsons.

  • Ok...James Corden will be bad but the award for the worst cameo EVER is still Geri Halliwell in Sex and the City. Makes you want to claw your eyes out.
