While LA may have been hosting the actual Oscars, we had out very own Oscar viewing party in London, seemingly for people who actually couldn't afford to watch it on Sky. We'd say celebrities, but Donal Macintyre, Lizzie Cundy and Abi Titmuss don't really count. Nor does Kimberly Wyatt, actually, no matter how much felt-tip she puts in her hair.

Probably the best thing to come out of the whole event was the picture of Vanessa with her 'Who needs the gym?' bag. We suppose having a party sponsored by a gastric band manufacturer rather than a shoe brand would have been a little off-putting, but the message is still the same. Not that these lot would have cared. But some might.
