After announcing his crush on Jade Ewen, presenting a show on the shopping channel and throwing a rather dreary looking album launch party last night^, we wouldn't be surprised if P Diddy's next trick was joining Blue. It's not always been like this though...

Quite a bombshell old Diddy dropped last night. With his favourite stalky Sting song running through his head, the 40-year-old allegedly got all misty-eyed while recalling the time he used to follow around a particular a-list actress, telling WENN:

“I told her, ‘I will sneak up the side of the building to see you.’ I was persistent.”

However, the relationship was not to be (a restraining order took care of that, no?), so he had nothing to add but:

“This was going to shake up the world. It would have been a Puff and J.Lo situation, part two.”

I guess we'll never know who it was, but we reckon that Jade Ewen, who Diddy says he's going look up (i.e stalk) when he's in town next, would be a whole lot more appreciative of his wares anyway. Sean Combs toilet bag for Christmas anyone?
