Paris Hilton has brought up the sex tape that made her infamous, One Night in Paris, and claims that she is still tormented by the very painful and humiliating ordeal. But what about those of us who made the mistake of watching it?

And the socialite claims that she'll never forgive ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon for reportedly putting the X-rated video (not X-rated anymore with the help of Johnny Borrell!) online in 2003, which couldn't have been less erotic unless she and Salomon had been replaced with Susan Boyle and John Prescott.

The 28-year-old heiress, who became instantly famous after One night in Paris was leaked, said:

It was definitely very painful. When you trust someone and love someone - for them to do that to you, it's really hard. It's something that bothers me every day.

Paris hasn't talked about the video before but is willing to know to promote her new MTV documentary Paris, Not France.

She added:

By putting it in the film, it was really hard for me to have it in there, because it's something I never discussed.

But I also think it's a big learning lesson, because I think a lot of girls, when they're in a relationship, they will love someone and trust them and maybe let them do that. I know that's happened to a lot of people. And you never know what they could do with it.

Hmmmm, like make money out of it by putting on the internet...

Obviously I was humiliated, embarrassed and in shock that it happened. It wasn't my fault, it was something that someone did to me, so I've just learned to be a strong woman and nothing can hurt me at this point.

But it takes two to tango, Paris...
