Pete Burns has told Reveal magazine that he's had so much plastic surgery he fears his face could "fall off". But surely that could only be an improvement?

Burns has admitted that he'll continue to have plastic surgery, despite the description of his lip infection after botched sugery sounding like the visual equivalent of this (NSFW - but worse).

"My doctor punctured it and the yellow dishcarge that came out filled two mugs. I was put on antibiotics but my whole face began to swell. I was housebound for nine months and couldn't move my head - discharge would pour out."

Meanwhile, he made Sharon Osbourne turn green with envy by explaing what surgery he's had done recently, telling Reveal magazine:

"My most recent overhaul was about a month ago. I had a minor facelift and my eyes slanted. I also have regular peels and Botox. It's something I'll always do. People redecorate their homes every few years and I see this as no different. Changing my face is like buying a new sofa."

Yeah, a really horrific one you can't take back...
