The world's media were writhing around in shock and disbelief over a pregnant woman looking slightly pregnant at a premiere last night. And so much so that the slightly pregnant woman in question Lily Allen stole the limelight from the film's main star Gemma Arterton. And the lady with the world's widest face...

Yes, Lily Allen graced the red carpet with a bit of a baby bump at the 'Tamara Drewe' premiere, based on the weekly comic strip by Posy Simmonds in the Guardian Review section and recently described like the "filthiest possible episode of The Archers", to support her mother Alison Owen who produced it.

Also in attendence at London's glorious Leicester Square last night were the film's other stars Dominic Cooper and Luke Evans, Stephen Fry, Simmonds, Arterton, Lois Winstone *gulps*, Alison Owen and er, Allen.
