The poor Sex and the City girls. Not only did they win three Razzies last night, but they had to slice one of their awards into four separate pieces, as the whole lot of them - Sarah, Kim, Kristin and Cynthia - received the prize Worst Actress. Hopefully that slaps them square in the face with the realisation that SATC died seven years ago, along with their careers, and that a third installment would be worse than a Hollyoaks feature film.

Sex and the City 2 took home three of ten awards on offer at the Razzies last night, with the Worst Screen Ensemble and Worst Prequel, Sequel, Remake or Ripoff adding to the girls' Worst Actress(es) prize. But they weren't even the ones who fared the worst...

The Last Airbender, a remake of a Nickelodeon animation about Avatars, scooped up four awards, including the coveted Worst Picture prize and the Worst Eye-Gouging Use of 3D. Fortunately, we have never had the eye-gouging pleasure of experiencing the film. But we did stumble across this amusing video taken shortly after its premiere, where the fans of the TV show had their high expectations crushed into grains of angry and heartbroken dust.
