Quite like England's chances against Germany today, there's no hope of any decent celebrity gossip when they're playing a decisive game in the World Cup. No word of any famous husbands cheating on thier wives, no pictures of any ex-Big Brother contestants falling out of clubs, not even a member of The Saturdays flashing their pants. So where do you turn when showbiz goes zzz? You look to your last resort... Katie Price.

So what's she done now? Well, that's the thing... she's done nothing, really. Some newspapers have just decided to make up a story about her threatening to cancel her forthcoming wedding blessing with Alex Reid. We find that hard to believe...

First of all, the whole thing's going to be filmed and aired on ITV2 - and Katie Price is the last person on Earth who's going to miss out on the chance of millions of people staring at her in a dress for a couple of hours.

Second of all, she's getting PAID to have it. Millions of pounds. No one's going to sacrifice millions of pounds to hold what is essentially just one big party - especially not Katie Price.

And finally, it'd just make her look like even more of a twat - which is quite literally impossible.

But that didn't stop the likes of the Daily Star and the News Of The World obtaining quotes from 100% real and genuine sources saying she was ready to call it all off...

"It's too late for her to back out. Things between her and Alex have never been this bad. They can't agree on anything. Katie is only going through with the blessing because of the TV deal in place with ITV2."

And after hearing some of the plans for the big day, we've never been more happy that it's going ahead. Word has it that Katie is going to ride in on horseback and will later sing a love song in front of her one guest,  Michelle Heaton.
