Sound the desperation alarm! BB twin horrors Samanda dress up as 'X Factor' gruesome twosome Jedward for Closer magazine. We bet the Cheeky Girls are kicking themselves right now...

And we were almost shocked that Samanda looked more convincing as boys than Jedward. Then again, that's really not saying much...

Samanda, who were in Big Brother in 2007, have clawed their way back into the spotlight by dressing up as the twins for Closer magazine, for which they have also given an interview. All about Jedward...

They said:

"We love the twins and would definitely go on a double date with them. It would be freaky as we look so much like them. Maybe we're related. We could be quadruplets!"

Yeah but if you are related, it's probably best not to go on a date with them. Unless their absolute desperation for publicity outweighs their care that they'd be committing incest.

This is almost as desperate as Rebecca from a 'Big Brother' claiming she's going to get a Jedward tattoo now that she has managed to get a 11,000 followers on Twitter. And the time the Cheeky Girls dressed up as Lady Gaga.

Met these two at some press thing a couple of years ago... usually the sight of scantily dressed twins gives me the raging horn, but I only felt rage and the urge to bang their heads together.

It seems that "cute" appears to be synonymous with "thick" these days.
