Liz Hurley has dumped Shane Warne for two timing her. We did not wish to wake up on Sunday to such heart-breaking news.

But surely it can't be true. Shane Warne caught two timing?

The Shane Warne? The man stripped of his vice-captaincy for sending erotic text messages to a nurse? The man pictured standing next to two models in a hotel room wearing only his pants? The man whose own wife left him after he sent a text meant for another women to her?

No, this definitely cannot be true.

Well according to the NOTW, it most definitely is. They've revealed how the clean-cut cricketer sent married businesswoman, Adele Angeleri hundreds of text messages at the same time he was pursuing Hurley - whom he was pictured in a passionate embrace with just last week. But the texts apparently ended once her husband found out.

Their source, a 'family friend', said the following:

"They exchanged numbers then Shane kept coming into Adele's shop, chatting her up and texting her. At one point he asked if she was married and was told the truth. Shane made all the running but Adele was flattered by the attention. Denis (her husband) thought something was up because Adele seemed worried. He asked what it was and she told him about all the texts from Warne. She confessed she'd found it flattering at first. Warne's a big star, after all. But she refused all his advances and they never slept together."

We're sorry, 'family friend', but we don't know whether we believe that or not. Whatever happened, Hurley's hurled him out and we are left to wonder what could have been.
