Poor old Sharon Osbourne, she slaps some tart on a reality show and she can't hear the end of it. Pesky nuisance Megan Hauserman filed an assault charge against her and now alleges Shazzer tried to run over the man who served the papers.

Osbourne was judging Rock of Love: Charm Slag when Hauserman called Shaz's husband Ozzy a "brain dead rocker." That's fighting talk! Sharon slapped her! What else did she expect?

Megan bleats:

"The server approached and was almost run over by the defendant to the point where the papers were dislodged from the process server's hand."

Still, moaning Megan is still sticking with her legal action against Osbourne, despite the fact she's got bigger fish to fry. That fish would be the fact her own reality show, Megan Wants A Millionaire, has been canned after the winner, Ryan Jenkins, murdered his model girlfriend Jasmine Fiore and then killed himself.

Give her another slap Shazzer, it sounds like she deserves it.
