There has never been a more appropriate surname than Spencer Pratt's. The Hills man didn't like the fact that the mother of his wife, Hills woman, Heidi Montag, had been going on about how her daughter's plastic surgery hadn't done her any good. But did it really merit the use of the shittest insult the world has ever heard?

Montag's mum, Darlene Egelhoff, wasn't impressed by her daughter's decision to undergo ten plastic surgeries in the one day (does anyone blame her?), saying:

"Of course I thought you were more beautiful before. I thought you were younger, I thought you were fresher looking, I thought you were healthier."

And to be fair, she had a point. She was younger before she got her surgery, her skin wasn't made of plastic and she was definitely a healthier person.

But her Pratt of a husband didn't see it that way. And BOY, did he show his feelings towards his mother-in-law...

"She's not God. She didn't make Heidi. She's just a vagina!"

Congratulations Spencer, you have officially won the title of most pathetic insult of all time.
