Yes, it's the wacky Katy Perry!! Taking a break after beating Miley Cyrus in the 2010 Camel Toe competition in Canada on Monday, Katy slipped on her surgical stocking for another performance in Toronto after cutting her leg open and requiring seventeen stitches last week.
She also showed off the new tattoo on her arm which matches Russell Brand's, reading Anuugacchati Pravaha in Sanskrit and meaning 'Go With The Flow'.
This one would have made more sense though... Unless they had opted for a Borrell...
Also, is her new single not the worst song of all time (just after every Scouting For Girls 'hit')?
