In the same week that his Mercedes was thrown off a cliff and Bentley dumped in a ravine (what kind of drunk bastard would do that?), Charlie Sheen has been charged with a felony menacing charge and two misdemeanors, following the alleged assault of his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas day.

But while Sheen might have lost his car collection, he's still got his wife - after appearing in court yesterday, the judge has eased the terms of a restraining order so the actor may now return home to Mueller and their twin baby boys, with his lawyer telling People:

"Charlie and Brooke kissed and hugged and looked pretty happy to get beyond this hurdle."

We give it another couple of weeks before they create another blazing car-crash - and not with Sheen's remaining motors...
