Professional dancer wins dancing competition shocker!

So there you have it; former dance troupe leader Nicole Scherzinger has better moves on the floor than 80-year-old astronaut Buzz Aldrin - who'd have thought it?

This season’s eliminated contestants – the NFL’s Chad Ochocinco, comic Niecy Nash, reality stars Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka, Buzz Aldrin and Pamela Anderson, Shannen Doherty and Aiden Turner – were rolled out for the final show on Tuesday where top three finalists Nicole Scherzinger, Erin Andrews and Evan Lysacek battled it out with a passable doble.

After each finalist and his or her partner performed two routines, a judge’s redemption dance and a freestyle routine, Nicole and Derek Hough were named the winners - blahdeblah.

Derek's obviously not as masculine as Nicole's former ginger band mate, but he's got the moves - just not the wardrobe.

The 11th season of Dancing With the Stars kicks off Sept. 20. Our money's on Darcey Bushell to win.
