Forget any burn victims, we bet poor old Dr. Frank Ryan's one last wish before he plummeted to his death in a car accident last week would've been to fix Heidi Montag's body...

The Hills 'star' has spoken to Life & Style magazine about the G-cup implants she got at the end of last year, saying:

“I’m desperate to go back to normal. I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D.

 

“I feel trapped in my own body.

“There’s just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything.

Selfish bastard!

“I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren’t working so I stopped. It hurt either way.

“I’m obsessed with fitness but it’s impossible to work out with these boobs. It’s heartbreaking."

When she says heartbreaking, she means literally with that load, right? She would've cried during the interview but she can no longer show any emotion. 

Is it too soon to make a joke about air bags? Probably
