Jack Bauer doesn't let anything stop him in his pursuit of justice - here he is at a house party in LA searching for some nuclear rods at the bottom of a bottle of Jameson's Irish Whisky....

We doubt that CTU get to clock-off early for St Patrick's Day, not now that Hastings is in charge, but Jack's always made his own rules - and he's definitely got reason to celebrate now that it's been suggested the eight season of 24 will be the last...

However, he's not ready for a debriefing (either at the above party or office) yet... Although the show's network Fox is rumoured to be dropping the series after the current run, there's talk that NBC will pick it up instead; good news for Cole - we had high hopes for the young field op but he's had to waste his last few hours mopping up his fiance's sloppy mess. Plus Chloe's only just got to grips with that handy virtual disarming technology.

Back to work now, Jack - nothing suspicious at this frat house, except possibly the age of those students consuming alcohol...

Happy to know the beautiful ending however, sad to realize that the ending will never push a new start..Last night was the showing from the 24 finale. Jack Bauer, the primary character, finally takes his payback for his time he's served his country. Many individuals also did not like the finale because of this ending. Bauer isn't said to be the type of personality to want vengeance, he is supposed to be the one who saves the planet inside a 24 hour time period, as the naive residents live their normal lives not knowing all this mass chaos is going on. There is a movie in the works that is scheduled to come out in 2012. I really hope this movie is good, but without having the likelihood of doing the movie in 'real time' I do not know if it will take away from some important factor in the motion picture.
