As Lindsay Lohan languishes in prison for 14 days, inmates were reportedly cheering and salivating as she arrived to serve her sentence, especially as they visualised the prospect of that strip and cavity search....

Lohan, who weirdly described her eye colour as black on her booking sheet  - her huge bags under her eyes are pretty dark but that's what popping five prescription pills each day (including an opiate) can do to you! - arrived at prison in the back of a police car, but sadly refused to do a Hilton.

And unfortunately inmates didn't pelt rotten fruit or bottles of piss at the actress but instead cheered her arrival and told them they loved her. Even though she's a spoiled cow, and we really, really, hate her.

A former inmate told reporters:

 "Lindsay was crying when she came in. She was handcuffed but seemed calm. We all started saying "God bless you Lindsay" and saying "Hi"  to her and then she smiled at us."

Another added:

 "We all cheered when we saw her and said we loved her."

Meanwhile, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore has revealed that Lohan will serve only 14 days due to overcrowding and good behaviour already.

And ironically, she'll be banged up in a cell next door to Alexis Neiers, the woman who was accused of robbing her house and was sentenced for burgling Orlando Bloom's.

Anyway, it was heart warming to see that Tanya MacIntosh's dad turned up to support her...
