Has Paris Hilton been putting her shovel-hands where she shouldn't?

It's not just animals that Paris Hilton has been terrifying - allegedly, of course.

According to TMZ, a guy called Ramiro Benitez has filed for a restraining order against the heiress, accusing her of threatening him both sexually, physically and financially "numerous times".

The website claims that Benitez wants protection for his 14-year-old son and his seven-year-old niece and is demanding the court to order Hilton to keep 100 yards away from him at all times, including his home, workplace, son's school and his car.

Among other accusations, it's claim that Hilton paid people, including the guy's family members, to play 'games' on him and stop him from getting a job.

Sounds like he could be a nutjob, but there's probably nothing stopping Doug Reinhardt from making the same claim (or any member of the public who's listened to her album from going for the physical assault charge).

Cheer up, Paris - you've got your Razzie to look forward to next month.
