The Mail LOVES women!

The Daily Mail has a very curious relationship with women - they seem particularly fond of those who are neither fat nor skinny nor powerful nor working class nor heavily made-up nor natural nor old nor young. That doesn't leave that many, which was fine because it must've made the judging for the paper's Inspirational Women Of The Year Awards a piece of piss.

Actually, we just trawled through today's Daily Mail stories ('51-year-old Julianne Moore looks old', 'Kerry Katona has a fat face', 'Mila Kunis wears scruffy clothes to gym' and 'Pakistani national was allowed to make a staggering 16 appeals') and discovered that the awards were for members of the public, who probably did have some inspiring stories (which we can't read because they're in the Daily Mail). However, our gallery is mostly made up of people from Made in Chelsea who are about as inspiring as a bran flake, Esther Rantzen, Vanessa Feltz, Ellen Rivas and Dawn Porter and Meera Syal. Yes, no Liz Jones shocker. She'll have to try harder with the covert wank-off sessions if she wants an inspiration prize.

FYI, we've included the links to the stories above as evidence that they exist, but don't click on them. It'll just make you sad.
