Breaking news: unless she found a sonogram on the floor outside a doctor's office and was on her way to lost property, Drew Barrymore is quite possibly most definitely pregnant - awwwww.

The scrupulous TMZ have a picture of Drew outside a doctor's office with her fiance Will Kopelman and a sonogram-esque looking thing. What lovely news, right? RIGHT.

As previously reported, Drew got engaged to her art dealer chap last year and then gave up vegetarianism for him. She's certainly been hitting the meat, eh? 

While we're slightly disappointed that we don't have a Drew Barrymore/Fabio Moretti hybrid coming up, this baby is surely going to be very cute...
