We Noel who's actually telling the truth here

Liam's been carefully considering what Noel's been saying these past few weeks. The furious fightin' spirit between the two brothers has seemingly reduced from that of a mega-volcano to a gently boiling pot of vegetables, let's say salad potatoes or maybe peas. So much has Liam's po-faced demeanour eased that he's even seemingly ready to enter reconciliatory talks with the writer of much of Oasis' music, his brother Noel.

Speaking to RollingStone.com, Liam explained that he wants to get the Oasis band back together, you know, for old time's sake. Not because Beady Eye aren't doing well. Why would you even suggest that? Beady Eye are doing well.

"In 2015, if we can put our shit aside, we can tour and play the album in its entirety for the 20th anniversary. I'd be up for that, if it's on our terms. There's got to be two-way respect."

"He's the one that keeps mentioning it. I want to put him out of his misery. But I think he needs to do his solo thing first and realise he's not that good without his brother.

"I'm up for it - I'm not desperate for it. If it doesn't work out, I don't give a shit, I'm quite happy with Beady Eye."

But what does Noel think? Tell us, Noel. We'll all listen, promise.

"I don't need the fucking money, but I think it's a shame that songs like 'Champagne Supernova' and 'Rock and Roll Star' will never be played again. In a stadium. That kind of fills me with sadness. The money is kind of irrelevant."

So the money's irrelevant to Noel and Liam doesn't give a shit. Sounds like we might as well pencil those dates in now.
