Not sure whether any of you remember who Amy Winehouse is, but she died about a month ago. We know, we know, media coverage has been sparse and sporadic, but judging by all the insightful comments you so lovingly pop at the bottom of our stories we thought you might have at least heard of her.

Only joking. Luckily, we've managed to find someone who's being an even bigger dick about the whole AW thing than us, thereby putting HM right back into the 'could be worse' column. Thanks Martin McCann, we can finally sit comfortably up here on the moral high ground. The air smells so fresh. Like diamonds.

So, essentially Amy Winehouse's dad Mitch has been trying to set up a foundation since Amy's death in order to help all those poor little drug addicted mites looking to (hopefully unintentionally) follow in his daughter's footsteps. Unfortunately, some nasty piece of work managed to nip in and register both the website domain and company name for the so called Amy Winehouse Foundation. As you can imagine, Mitch was not particularly pleased:

"We have to put pressure on this dickhead who stole our foundation name. Our solicitors are all over this but it takes time."

However, despite having done the kind of thing that even Fritzl would find to be in bad taste, Martin McCann (no relation to Maddy's parents) spoke to The Sun about his recent purchases, claiming people are getting too emotional about the whole ordeal, and that it's purely business:

"I'm not exploiting anything yet. I've just bought some domain names. Anybody could have. It only takes the click of a mouse. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed. Detach yourself from emotions and think business.

"He is making every effort to hijack this charity to satiate his own needs for the charity. She's not the only Amy Winehouse in the world."

"I'm not the dickhead. The dickhead is sitting over there without the name in his possession."

Several interesting points raised by Martin there. Most importantly, that she isn't the only Amy Winehouse in the world. Unfortunately, there's absolutely no way to find out whether that's true, because the Amy that we all knew has pretty much blocked The Google Search for any other Amy Winehouses, what with her dying and stuff, which leaves us with a man who called someone a dickhead for not registering a charity website domain in the aftermath of his daughter's death....

MARTIN MCCANN IS WORSE THAN US. HA HA HO HO HA HA.
