As Justin Bieber prepares to turn on several thousand teenage girls the Westfield Christmas lights, Mariah Yeater is still going on about the time he allegedly "fucked the shit" out of her, claiming she has proof that he is in fact that father. Actual proof. That doesn't mean they had sex though, does it? What if she managed to successfully pull-off a Liz Jones, and just wanked him off while he was sleeping? It's possible. Anything's possible. It's also possible that she'll be banged up by the time the paternity test results come in since she's facing a battery charge in court next month. There's probably nothing stopping Zac Efron from giving her a conjugal visit though...

According to TMZ, Mariah Yeater was previously charged with misdemeanour battery over allegations that she slapped her ex-boyfriend during a fight last Christmas. FYI, this is the same ex-boyfriend she previously claimed was the father of her child.

It's reported the altercation occurred after Yeater's 18-year-old former boyfriend discovered that his new girlfriend's car window had been smashed and weirdly thought that his bonkers ex might have had something to do with it.

The court date is set for 12 December this year. Yeater has apparently pleaded not guilty to the charges, but if disproven could face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. 

Back to Bieber though; the 20-year-old has spoken to The Insider, claiming she has 'proof'. She doesn't strike us as the sort of girl who gets her dresses dry cleaned, but she also doesn't strike us as the girl who likes telling the truth.

In the TV interview, she says:

"He immediately took a liking to me. We just got to talking - it was me and him with other people elsewhere. He eventually asked me… 'Would you mind if we could go somewhere and be alone?'

"When we got to what turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to, just, more aggressive."

"I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it'll show in court [and] prove that my allegations are true.

"There's been a lot of crap on the internet lately, but I've pulled through."

It's probably not proof enough that both her and Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez have been spotted with something that looks suspiciously like a lip herpes though, is it? Here, and here (second pic down).
