We know how Matt Smith likes his girls - as bald as a Barbie down there and with their boobs out, so unsurprisingly demure lovely Karen Gillan doesn't really feature on his radar. Idiot.

Matt Smith allegedly spent the weekend puking behind tents at V Festival, so the news that he doesn't rate Karen Gillan very highly on the sexy scale will come as a real blow to his Doctor Who co-star.

In an interview with Shortlist, the actor was asked what he thought of Gillian, to which he responded:

"She’s a five out of 10. And you can tell her that I said that. I’ll tell her that I said that.”

When the interview reminded Smith of Gillan's recent Shortlist underwear shoot, he added:

"Steven Moffat got that copy of ShortList out when the three of us were on a train together. It’s pretty weird seeing Karen [in her underwear]. Actually seeing she can be sexy is quite weird, frankly, because I just know her as ‘Stupid Face Karen’. Men love her, don’t they? But she’s just so ridiculous.”

Ho ho ho, what fun - we think he's poking fun at Gillan in a brotherly way, although they could obviously never be related because the actress is so much prettier than he is.

Any follow-up to the "naked in a hotel corridor" story? Had she, just to pluck an idea off the top of my head, managed to untie herself from a bondage session gone too far, perhaps?

@grange Wasn't HM running a story a while back about Gillan being found naked and crying in a hotel corridor? Reckon they might both struggle to hold their drink.
