Following yesterday's story that Matthew Fox had punched a female driver in the vagina, the actor has now been formally charged. Rehab trip ahead any chance?

It's claimed Cleveland bus driver Heather Borman has just officially filed assault charges against Fox for allegedly punching her during a bus bust-up in the Ohio city in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Talking to CNN, prosecutors revealed that they have photos of numerous bruises on Bormann's arms and legs. Meanwhile, according to the driver herself:

"[Fox] smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar. I told him, 'Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You get off my vehicle.' I told him three times."

After Fox threw several punches, Bormann says she retaliated by punching him in the mouth. 

So Lost season five, aside from the fact that it's real life and thus quite grim. Fox is set to star with Brad Pitt in the upcoming World War Z, which is funny because Pitt made the press last week for saving a woman from being trampled on.

Seriously though, if you were on a party bus in Cleveland, how much would you WANT a celeb aboard. Maybe not now, but before anyway...
