Talking to the Daily Star about meeting Taliban prisoners in an Afghan jail whilst filming his show, Ross Kemp said:

“Some of them that I met in prison had seen my programme..

“I knew you could get it out there. I was walking around a bazaar in Musa Qala a few years ago and they had bootlegs of the first series for sale.

“These guys in the prison had obviously seen it because they laughed and said I was scared when I was shot at.

“I just replied that, yes, I was bloody scared!”
