We've just retrieved this from the bin out the back of the Celebrity Big Brother studio. We're not sure if it's the result of some hideously demeaning CBB task*, or if the actress Natalie Cassidy really is covered in poo, and vomitting milk. Perhaps it's both. Anyway, do with it what you will...
