Now that we're officially allowed to write about Imogen Thomas and Ryan Giggs, we're not really that interested in the whole sorry saga. Her trip to the shops, on the other hand... Not because it's her, obviously, but it's just got us wondering how many products you can get away with sampling prior to buying before you get pulled over by security... Do you draw the line at loosely packaged items such as grapes like Imogen or can you push it further? Crisps? Wine? Rotisserie chicken?

Imogen was spotted buying all the key ingredients for a party - wine, crisps, a spare pair of pants and a hoover, and why not since she's just been cleared of blackmailing Ryan Giggs?

During a hearing at London's High Court yesterday, a statement was read confirming the footballer acknowledged there was no basis to accuse the former Big Brother star of blackmailing him after their reported fling. Apparently she just asked for a little financial help when she was buying a flat. 

Standing outside in a sleeveless dress on one of the coldest days of the year so far, Imogen said:

"To suddenly have to defend my character because of this legal process has been extremely upsetting and stressful. 

'"I'm just relieved that the parties and the court now accept that I'm no blackmailer. I have been vindicated and that's all I wanted. 

"I have nothing to add – it's all behind me now."

Seriously, though, in the above pics she's wearing a neck brace and struggling home with a large box. What's wrong with all the strong sports men in her area? Will no one help her?
