Who lives in a house like this? It's in Williamsburg, has a lot of wallpaper... Could it be a wacky hipster? Yes, it could. Agyness Deyn has just put her apartment on the market for $2.5 million, $500,000 more than what she paid for it three years ago. How jolly lovely for her.

Here's the full listing from Douglas Elliman:

"Authentic and Rare Offering of an Iconic Loft. With just under 3000 square feet, this fully renovated corner loft offers an exceptional layout, 13ft ceilings, and lots of light with both southern and western exposures. Located in the heart of Willamsburg's exclusive Northside, this 2bed/2bath loft has stunning original features - enormous windows, beautiful wood beams, iron columns, and wide planked hardwood floors. The very large master suite includes a custom 250 square foot walk in closet and dressing area leading into an expansive master bathroom which includes a separate steam shower and free standing custom onyx soaking tub. This sanctuary is outfitted with some of the rarest onyx and marble stones and tiles imported from around the world. The one of a kind kitchen includes all custom appliances of the highest caliber sourced from Europe; such as, a subzero refrigerator, imported LaCanche range, Miele dishwasher, and tailor made stone sink to maintain the loft's genuine rustic feel. With incomparable attention to detail, this apartment also offers a meditation room, large utility room with washer/dryer, and generous closet space making it an even more ideal opportunity. The Mill Building is the most sought after loft building in the area. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, large furnished roof deck with spectacular views, in-house super."

'Sanctuary'? What, is she an otter? And what the fuck is a 'meditation room'? To be honest, at first we read it as 'mediation' and thought she'd taken up a career in conflict resolution, which would quite possibly be more useful. You're not meditating, you're resting. It's basically the lazy room (ie office).
