Aw, we feel bad drawing any attention to Shailene Woodley's footwear - she's only 20 and had been wearing heels all day whilst talking to press at the Golden Globes. However, just because the balls of your feet feel like they're being dipped in molten lava whilst simultaneously pounded with a sledge hammer, there's absolutely no excuse for wearing FiveFingers TrekSport Trainers, is there? Well, maybe if you're windsurfing or whatever the fuck it was they were invented for, but not if you're on the red carpet. No no no. We're sure Shailene's learnt her lesson, so we won't dwell on it - especially when she's so brilliant in the upcoming The Descendants. And at least they weren't Crocs.

While we're on the subject of Shailene, here are four facts about her:

• She played Mischa Barton's younger sister in The O.C before Willa Holland took over.
• At 5' 8", she's quite tall for an actress and thus should be familiar with flats.
• Up until quite recently she was working at American Apparel and had to phone in sick so she could go to her The Descendants audition. 
• When she was 15 she was diagnosed with Scoliosis and had to wear a back brace like Deenie from Judy Blume's book...
