Hmmm, is this Anna Wintour's last revenge after Meryl Streep beat her at her own game in The Devil Wears Prada? The 62-year-old actresses appears on the cover of the January issue of Vogue, although in a strange twist it looks more like a Tena Lady advertorial with Streepy springing a leak all over Caroline Herrera frock.

Obviously it's actually great that Streep has made the cover, what with her being a legend (the UK version gets Florence Welch, make what you will of that). In the accompanying interview, the two time Oscar winner talks about how she feared her career was over at 40, explaining:

"I remember turning to my husband and saying, 'Well, what should we do? Because it's over.

"Once women passed childbearing age they could only be seen as grotesque on some level."

Grotesque? No. Terrifying? Maybe...
