Look what Nike have done. They've recreated the shoes from Back To The Future II. Amazing eh? The future is finally back. Or at least it's kind of back as they've managed to recreate everything except the power laces, essentially creating a pair of very expensive LA Gears. Very expensive. $75,000 supposedly.

Having said that, LA Gears never managed to get a fictional character from a hit film to wear their shoes*, so while Nike haven't quite recreated the Nike Air Mag as faithfully as we'd all like, they've done a very reasonable job, and if you enjoy things that light up when you step on them then you're sure to love these shoes and sadomasochism.

1,500 pairs of the shoes are to be auctioned on eBay with all proceeds going to the Michael J Fox foundation for Parkinson's disease research, which probably won't be much use to MJF when he actually arrives in 2015, but it should help quite a few others. Good old Mike, that almanac really taught him a lesson about bringing things back from the future.
